How is this different than other teambuilding events?

This is much, much more. You not only have fun playing through an adventure together, you learn how your team works together, what your team strengths are, and how to improve your problem solving and productivity.

How many teammates can play?

The game is designed for 3-7 players. If you have more than 7 teammates, we can split into multiple sessions.

Can we play across multiple teams?

Absolutely, there is so much value here. The teams have fun competing against each other, and we provide a corporate dashboard so you can see the teams' relative strengths and weaknesses. This helps you better structure your oganization and hire the right people.

Do we have to go somewhere to play?

No, the game is played virtually as it's designed to mimic today's hybrid work environments. You can all be in the same office or spread over the world. Everyone has their own computer, and the game is played over Zoom and a web browser.

How long does the game take?

The game takes about an hour and a half, and then we schedule another hour-long meeting to discuss the results. The whole process usually takes about a week to complete.

What do we get?

In addition to the team-building fun and the post-game discussion, we send the team our presentation deck, which is about 30 slides. We also provide a management summary report that describes the team's strengths but does not detail individual player performance unless the team agrees to it.

What do I have to do?

We take care of everything, including scheduling the meetings. It's intended to be really easy for you.
