New Team Assessment Tool Uses Game Simulation to Reveal How Teams Really Work

Amplio Games has launched Dream Team™, a groundbreaking online experience that transforms team assessments through immersive, behavior-based simulation. Unlike traditional tools that rely on self-reported personality data, Dream Team watches how team members actually collaborate, communicate, and solve problems in real time.

Dream Team is a 60-minute multiplayer challenge designed for 3 to 6 players, playable remotely or in person. After the game, participants receive a detailed, 16-page report outlining their team's dynamics, problem-solving tendencies, and communication strengths—as well as areas for growth.
